To enable us to continue to approach the suppliers we will need a Letter Of Authority (LOA), preferably on headed paper and we will send you the template to enable you to do this.
This authorises us to act on your behalf.
It’s important if you have already received your renewal notice from your current suppliers that you cancel your contract before the end of your notice period.
